Our interest in and involvement with Maforga Christian Mission in Mozambique

 started in the late 1980s, when one of our members spent several years there as

Mission Administrator.

Then in the early 1990s, not long after she moved to Northern Mozambique,

to work with another agency, two teachers, a married couple, also from the

 Fellowship, joined the mission, taking responsibility for the boys section

 of the Orphanage, and the development and operation of a Primary School.

This has brought us into regular contact with many others working at the

 Mission, including the founders who started the work in the mid 1980s

, and others, who have become our friends.

The purpose of this website is to share with other friends of Maforga

 Christian Mission information on the activities and news of recent developments.
